Personal Information

Mr. Rajesh Kumar Bhardwaj is a lifetime member of Delhi Library Association. He is presently working as Librarian in Asia Pacific Institute of Management, New Delhi and is credited with the complete turnaround of the library system of the institute.

He is currently leading a team of 08 people to manage the affairs of institute library. Knowing very well how to keep his staff motivated, he believes that devoted and hard working staff should be awarded and others should be eliminated. A firm believer in professional enhancements, he is of the view that clientele oriented training program are very useful for maximum use of library resources.

He is gratefully acknowledged by both staff and students of AIM, to have played a vital role in improving the standard of library facilities in respect of:

• modernization of equipments
• building of library resources i.e. books, e-journals, print journals
• building of library databases in the form of CD/DVD
• sharing of resources through various platforms named National HR Network, DELNET,BCL,DMA etc.

A man of his words, he is known for keeping in mind the requisition of the users of the institution and processing the procurement of the library resources accordingly.
